Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy after school hours. You will work with BCBA supervision to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy.
