Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children under supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy and help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

Full- and part-time schedules are available in Colorado, with mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a sign-on bonus are included to welcome new RBTs.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy.

Schedule

Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after‑school, daytime, and weekend availability.
