Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy. You will help children build communication, social, play, daily living and independence skills, working closely with families and a supervising BCBA to ensure progress and progress tracking.

You will be supported by BCBA mentorship, monthly professional development, and a collaborative team focused on growth and client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy helping children develop communication, social, play, daily living and independence skills.
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA for guidance and progress tracking.
• Celebrate each child’s progress and support ongoing growth in a caring, clinician-led team.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
