Finni Health is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manchester, MO. This is a part-time, in-person role with daytime and evening hours, paying $21–$23 per hour.

You will work closely with a BCBA to deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy, collect progress data, and collaborate with families. A high school diploma, CPR and RBT certifications are required, along with reliable transportation and a passion for helping children grow.

• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Active CPR certification and RBT certification are required.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for helping others grow.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
