Job summary

Finni Health - South NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a BCBA and deliver in-home ABA care in Santa Fe, NM. You will work one-on-one with families to help children learn new skills and reach milestones.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM, in-home, clinic, and school settings, with mileage reimbursement, paid training, holiday pay, PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• RBT certification (Required).
• CPR certification (Required).
• Experience with data collection software and tablets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in the child’s home.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Receive weekly supervision from BCBA and attend team meetings.
• Collaborate with families to implement skills and milestones.

Job Type: Full-Time

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
• Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification:
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:
