Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. This in-home, in-person role partners with a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build new skills and confidence.

This part-time position offers daytime and evening hours, competitive pay of $21-$23 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and PTO/sick days. Candidates should have a high school diploma, active CPR and RBT certification, and experience with

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child’s progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
