Job summary

Finni Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team in Affton, MO. You will deliver one-on-one behavior intervention under a BCBA supervisor, helping children build skills and confidence.

This part-time role offers daytime and evening hours, a collaborative team, data collection, and ongoing training with mileage reimbursement and PTO. Successful candidates will have an active RBT certification and CPR certification.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
