Job summary

Finni Health in Fenton, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision.

You will collect data on progress, partner with families, participate in team meetings, and contribute to meaningful milestones for children with autism. We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do
