Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Escondido, CA. Part-time position with schedule initially 2–4pm, M-F, expanding to 5 days/week after three weeks, compensation at $25.00 per hour.

Work with a young client (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision to support communication, independence, and life skills. You will join a supportive team offering supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• CPR training is required.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) preferred.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
