Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, track progress, and support development of communication and life skills in a structured setting.

The role is part-time with afternoon/evening shifts, offering $18–$20 per hour, supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA, and health benefits for eligible employees, with growth opportunities within Finni Health.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (not required)
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
