Job summary

Springboard ABA in Little Rock and surrounding areas is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Join our team to implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and help children acquire communication and daily living skills, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel in Little Rock area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data on client progress using our system.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
