Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team providing in-home and community ABA therapy for children with autism in De Valls Bluff, Arkansas and surrounding rural areas.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and help children acquire communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
