Job summary

Springboard ABA in Pine Bluff, AR is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under supervision by a BCBA.

Must have active RBT certification (or willing to obtain) and a high school diploma or GED; we offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities to grow with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Prior experience with children, preferably autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and surrounding rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document session data using our electronic platform.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care.

Location: Pine Bluff & Surrounding Rural Areas, Arkansas

Pay Range: $19-$24 per hour (based on experience)

We are rapidly expanding in the Pine Bluff area, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and be part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
