Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings in Cabot and surrounding areas. You will follow BCBA-approved treatment plans, use positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect session data using our electronic platform.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience with children, preferably autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Cabot and surrounding rural areas.
• Must pass a background check and Medicaid compliance training if applicable.

Pay Range: $18-$23 per hour (based on experience)
