Job summary

Springboard ABA in Conway, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs, and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas.
• Background check and Medicaid compliance training (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $19-$24 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
