Job summary

Springboard ABA in Fayetteville, AR is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. Under BCBA guidance, you will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data while collaborating with families to support developmental goals.

We offer part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling and competitive pay; travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Experience with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Record data on client progress in the electronic system.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system. Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications & Requirements Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!) Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable).
