Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve clients’ skills and quality of life. Requirements include an RBT certification or related Behavior Technician credentials when possible, with at least six months’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Job Description

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
