Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA plans under supervision. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' home settings, collect progress data, and assist with functional and skill assessments under a BCBA.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and OTs, attend training, and uphold BACB confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check
