Job summary

Tellos seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision in home settings, helping clients build essential skills and improve quality of life. You will collect progress data and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical, confidential care. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to support home visits and family engagement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; supervision by a BCBA.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
