Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills in home settings, contributing to meaningful improvements in quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, strict confidentiality, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical practice and high standards in every session.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Job Description

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements
