Job summary

Tellos in Georgia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will play a key role in helping clients build essential skills and improve quality of life through 1:1 in-home therapy.

You will collect data, participate in assessments, collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, and engage in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to helping improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
