Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients develop essential skills in a home setting. You will collect data, participate in team meetings, and coordinate with Speech and Occupational Therapists.

A RB T certification is preferred; candidates with at least 6 months experience working with autism or developmental disabilities are encouraged to apply. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.

Requirements
