Job summary

Finni Health in Fenton, MO is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum. You’ll collaborate with a BCBA, deliver individualized ABA therapy, and help kids build new skills and confidence.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
