Job summary

Finni Health is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chesterfield, MO. You will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and support families. In-person position with daytime and evening hours.

Requirements include high school diploma, experience with children, CPR and RBT certifications, reliable transportation; a background check is required. Benefits include PTO, sick days, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive health plans.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisorParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
