Job summary

Finni Health in Fenton, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision. This in-person role focuses on one-on-one interventions with children, data collection, and progress reporting.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do
