Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services in Fenton, MO. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans for children with autism, record data, and track progress.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, PTO/sick days, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma, CPR and RBT certifications are required, along with reliable transportation and a passion for helping others grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• Active CPR certification and RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for helping others grow.
• Ability to pass background checks as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in home and community.
• Collect and record data on child’s progress for BCBA review.
• Collaborate with families and your BCBA supervisor to implement plans.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community

• Collect and record data on child’s progress
