Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, in-office support in O’Fallon, MO. This part-time role offers daytime and evening hours with pay ranging from $21 to $23 per hour, operating under BCBA supervision to deliver personalized ABA therapy.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families, and join a supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes for children with autism, with flexible scheduling and benefits for full-time equivalents.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Active CPR certification and valid RBT certification.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community

• Collect and record data on child's progress

• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
