Job summary

Finni Health seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fenton, MO to support in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will deliver individualized interventions, collect data, and help children build skills with families.

Requirements include an active RBT and CPR certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with autism. Some local travel and a background check are required.

As an RBT, you’ll work side‑by‑side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in‑home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification
• Active RBT certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
