Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in Affton, MO. This part-time, in-person role focuses on helping children develop new skills and confidence through structured interventions.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
