Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect progress data while collaborating with families, caregivers, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
