Job summary

Blue Jay ABA, based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time position offers meaningful work in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior intervention plans, deliver one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help families understand progress while participating in ongoing training.

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
