Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)

Responsibilities
