Job summary

Springboard ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Pine Bluff and surrounding areas.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implement plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Part-time and full-time options available; active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus).
• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and the surrounding rural areas.
• Must pass a background check and Medicaid training (if applicable).
