Job summary

Springboard ABA is expanding in the Cabot area and seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow BCBA-led plans, use positive reinforcement, and document data using our platform.

We value compassionate, motivated individuals with RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a GED or high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Travel within Cabot and surrounding areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Cabot and the surrounding rural areas.
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable).
