Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in Elyria, OH. You will collect behavioral data, follow BCBA-created plans, and support ADLs to promote independence.

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism


• Accurately collect and document behavioral data


• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs


• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence


• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hourly pay: $18-$23 (based on experience and certification)


• Full-time: 40 hours per week


• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
