Childwise ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians with paid training to join our autism therapy team. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect and record data, and implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
Collect and record data on patient behavior.
Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Pay range: Hourly $22-$28 per hour
Flexible hours between 8 am - 8 pm
15-30 hours per week
Skills and Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)or willingness to obtain
Ability to manage behaviors effectively
Experienced in working with kids
