Job summary

Samba ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, following treatment plans created by a BCBA, with a focus on data collection and family collaboration.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement, with pay ranges between $25 and $30 per hour and travel locally as needed. RBT certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour
• Full-Time: 20 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
