Job summary

Budding Futures is a Denver-based ABA provider bringing therapy to your home, not the other way around. We are seeking a dedicated RBT to join our team and deliver high-quality in-home ABA services to children and families in the Denver area.

You will work under a BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support parent training goals while maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

About The Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
