Job summary

Budding Futures in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work directly with children and families in their homes, following individualized treatment plans.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions. Reliable transportation is required, and RBT certification or willingness to obtain one is supported.

We are a Denver-based ABA provider dedicated to delivering life-changing, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in Aurora, CO.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress
• Supporting parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicating professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
