Job summary

Budding Futures in Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals with families.

Join a BCBA-designed program serving Denver and throughout Colorado. We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions with competitive $24–$30/hour pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

About the Role

We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
