Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA in the Denver, CO area. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, data collection, and supporting parent training goals.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions. Reliable transportation is required to visit client homes as part of the role.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Compensation & Benefits
