Budding Futures is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Colorado. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support families and our clinical team to ensure consistent care.

About the Role

We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
