Job summary

Springboard ABA in Conway, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs, and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
High school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
Experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas.
Background check and Medicaid compliance training (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings.
Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collect and document session data using our electronic platform.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent care.
