Job summary

Springboard ABA in Conway, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct supervision to RBTs and develop individualized ABA programs for children in-home and in school settings.

You will conduct initial assessments, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization, while maintaining documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards. Hybrid work options with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred; clinical leadership a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
