Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Chanute, Kansas, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time work. You will support ABA therapy services, collect data, and implement plans under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates are certified or willing to obtain RBT credentials, have a HS diploma (some college preferred), and can travel locally. Flexible shifts and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required).
• Can pass a background check, have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
