Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time opportunities in Overland Park, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and document client progress.

The role requires RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel locally. Flexible shifts, training support, PTO, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required).
• Can pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
