Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Liberal, Kansas is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time roles. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or schools, support BCBA-designed plans, and track progress with families and team members.

Flexible shifts and training support are offered. Candidates should have or pursue RBT certification, hold a high school diploma, and be willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required).
• Can pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
