Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time opportunities in Lawrence, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, following plans designed by a BCBA and documenting client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• No prior ABA experience required, but experience working with children is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, in school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

As an RBT, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for RBTs who:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required)
• Can pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
