Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative team. This role supports evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings with per diem or part-time scheduling.

Under a BCBA supervision you will collect data, implement plans, and partner with families. Certification or willingness to obtain RBT, reliable transportation, and background check required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience not required but helpful; willing to learn and grow in role.
• Able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

As an RBT, you will:
