Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Wichita, Kansas seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time work delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision.

You will collect data, support families, and maintain a safe, positive learning environment across in-home, school, or clinic settings. Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and a high school diploma; reliable transportation is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children desirable but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required)
• Can pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
